- Roger Middleton Review added: 2018.11.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a new Moto E4G smartphone 29th June. Within 6 weeks it wouldn't recognise the SIM card so took it back to the shop and asked for replacement. Refused as it was bought more than 28 days ago - had to be sent for repair. Phone comes back from the repair centre saying that it cannot be repaired. Again requested a replacement but refused as it was more than 28 days after purchase. Apparantly the fact that it failed after only 6 weeks is my problem and if I want a replacement I'll have to buy one.
Tackled issue through the companies customer services dept and the representative laughed and hung up on me. If this is the sort of service with which you would be happy - be my guest and deal with them. Good luck - you'll need it, and just hope that nothing goes wrong because you'll get no service whatsoever.
