I thought their business is selling stuff, not dealing premium numbers.I have been charged £3.30 just because I have asked if my order has arrived. And this is a phone and monthly deals supplier! They should concentrate a little on finding a better deal for their landline, a deal that can allow customers to ask questions without being charged. The staff was helpfull, quick and polite.
