This time they delivered a parcel to the wrong address, got the wrong signature and washed their hands off. You try to phone them, they hold you in an interminable queue and there is nowhere in their website where you can send an email to complain. I would never ever choose it myself, but then what courier is chosen at the other end is not up to me.
