- v nathan Review added: 2018.03.12★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wonderful! So glad I found Lyta. I would look forward to my sessions as a time I would be nurtured and heard and always left feeling nourished and relaxed. I did the hypnofertility course and then hypnobirthing after I became pregnant- and now have 3 children, so it worked! Lyta was warm and understanding from the start and explained the process really well. Lyta personalised all the sessions for me and gave me CDs of each session to take home. She has such a soft and comforting voice it is easy to drift off into the unconscious. I highly recommend.
