- Matt Underwood Review added: 2018.03.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff are rude and always seem uninterested. Have had appointments double booked and cancelled at short notice several times, on one occasion without telling me. Worst of all they didn't bother to give a vender my offer on a property and when I asked them to do so was told that they would not because someone else had already made an offer so mine wouldn't be accepted. Completely incompetent.
