- Adam Riddett Review added: 2018.01.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Certainly not deserving of the three one-star reviews already posted, this store delivered an average service, which is unsurprising considering the current employment model of high staff turnover and minimal training. The two who helped me today hit all their sales points and were perfectly friendly, but I knew what I wanted before I walked in and the sales process for a new mobile remains as tedious and drawn out as ever. A particular plus was the assurance that a military discount would be applied once the porting process was complete - I look forward to confirmation that this professionalism, so rare today, happens tomorrow. Not bad Vodafone, but invest more in your people for truly professional service.
Update. Sadly true to form the discount paperwork was not processed. I revisited the shop to first be told what the staff couldn't do about it, then eventually persuaded them that they had all the paperwork and got agreement that it would be sorted. Subsequently Vodafone have completely failed to process the request. Customer Services will be getting a call.
